a ideal organisation website - repost

I need to create a website which has a very appealing Professional design that at least following: - first page i.e similar to [login to view URL] but With own design. - Create some futuristic images to use on the front page and other. - Same subpages. - People can donate or be a paying member. - image page which People can add images (images uploaded get watermarked) - Forum (free members (free discussions), paying members (members that admin has added and paying member and specialities (engineers and others added by administrators) - newsletter which admin can use filtered by type of members). - Tip a friend feature (that harvest users mail contacts) - Marketing Tools i.e affiliate program and other smart system etc which marketers, websites etc can receive a Commission of donated amount. - Contst page (which admin can show/hide of his liking). Of course the use of free forum and other free software work on all browsers Eventually other necessary admin features. All installed on a free server account.
