details buttons and frame ( that change color with theme)

the theme that is installed on my website can be viewed here [url removed, login to view]

this is the second customization that is to be done on it. the theme comes with 10 color options built in. changing the color of the theme is done by navigating to System>Configuration>Design> Skin(image/CSS) and from there we just enter the name of the color in the Skin's folder.

currently and as you can see in the demo, the theme comes with Add to Cart button next to products images. i have hired a developer to add a [details] button above the [Add to Cart] but to. He managed to add the button, but failed to insure that the button stays in its place ( instead moving too close or too far from [Add to cart] button. So instead of staying in one straight line like [add to cart] buttons are, some of the [details] buttons are higher or lower that the details buttons to their right or to their left. also, i requested that these buttons change their color along with theme theme. so when we change the them color from admin to red , these buttons should change color to red too. it appears that our developer was not able to figure out these issues, hence we decided to out source it.

also i need to have frames around products in the grid view . the color of the line should be the same color of the theme and changes with it.

i have made a mockup with photoshop to show you exactly how i want the end result to look like.

I am looking for a developer who can do the above in less than 24 hours and can start immediately, because i am way behind on my schedule in finishing this site.
