Hi, Im looking for someone for high quality logo, website design and coding my website based for a cms (either joomla or wordpress). If you have a better CMS let me know. What are my basic requirements: 1. You have done alot of design work (u are an expert with photoshop). 2. You can think and share your thoughts with customer 3. You are able to show me your design/coding portfolio 4. You are able to integrate the design into a yet to decided CMS (most probably wordpress or joomla). 5. You are experienced with coding. 6. You can translate customer thoughts into a design. 7. Design / coding is upto 8 pages. 8. Although i targeted my project as "small project ($ 750 - $ 1500 ), feel free to bid higher. A higher bid does not perse mean I wont choose you. Im willing to pay for quality work. 9. You have time in august to work out this project. Trying to get this live by the end of september. 10. If choosing wordpress as cms i need a customized widgetized area. An option is to choose a [login to view URL] framework /website and customise it. 11. Please dont respond if you just reply at this project without looking at my requirements. Only respond if you or your team meet above requirements.
