hi, heres my project: i would like to create a website where people can upload two photos of them wearing their clothes, The two photos will appear on the website side by side and users will be available to vote for one photo or the other. As soon as the vote will be made by clicking on the selected image or next button, The percentage of votes for that image will be displayed. Its as simple as that, and of course I will need the usual register/login function. Users will have their photos displayed when logged in to see the results of the voting on their images. I would like to use cookies for the home page so that the age and gender of the users is known and so the images displayed are showing people close to the same age and gender. I would also need different categories but with the exact same vote system. I would like to know if you can create it on a website with online browsing accessible to mobile phones. then when the website is running my next step will be to create the mobile app, so maybe it should be conceived to operate later with that technology. If it can be created with a mysql database that would be good since I have a little bit of knowledge with it. If you want to make it differently that is possible. Please tell me how much this would cost and how long you need to create it, and we can get this show on the road. thank you Bill
