Directory site with information gathering bot

Hello, I need a website done ASAP in which a user types in a USA zip code and the website would have some sort of bot that searches google and adds that information to my site for example user searches zip code 33160 now my bot would search google for zip code as well as the industry name and returns and publishes results on my site. This site would also have to be designed well and have the ability to add listings by members upon administrative approval and have the ability for users to pay for upgraded listings by allowing them to pay a fee per zip code they would like to be on the top of list as a sponsored advertisor. This site should pull from google top 10 listings including the businesses name, address , phone number , and website address. It should also allow users to comment or leave feedback on existing listings to rate the experience they had with this member if they would like to comment. Please only serious coders bid because this project is not for everyone do not bid unless you know for sure you can do this and also no generic scripts like Wordpress or joomla or anything similar for this site at all.
