Hi, YOU MUST BE BASED IN BANGALORE for this project. If you Are not based in Bangalore DON'T BID. We are looking for a site that is similar to Flippa in functionality but with a lot of modifications. The design should be new and must have an unique and easy to interface, incorporating HTML5, javascript, css and other new (web 3.0 ) features. YOU MUST BE BASED IN BANGALORE. As I would like to discuss in person many of the details and have you sign a non disclosure agreements and agreements to protect confidential data. Please bid on a ball park figure based on the above details, I don't want to reveal too much info on my site as I want to preserve the uniqueness of the concept. Further clarification will be made to providers we select.
