Design a new website for Turtle Box

We require someone to complete a brand new website for our business including the design. We have a rough layout of what we think is suitable but we are open to new ideas. We want the website to attract traffic and when someone does a google search, we want to be one of the first businesses that comes up. We may require ongoing support after the project is delivered so we need your complete assistance as this is our first website. Our business is a plastic box hiring company. Basically we hire our plastic boxes and other items required when people are moving homes and need to pack their belongings. We deliver the boxes after an online order has been placed and then we collect the boxes back from the client when they have finished. The website will contain approximately 10 pages of information. We will supply the written content however your design skills are required to piece it all together and to complete some graphics. We will supply you with our corporate logo and advise you of how we would like the site to look. The website requires an online booking form which obtains the clients details, like name, phone, address, etc. in addition to the client selecting what products they wish to hire. As the client selects the products a calculator on the side will automatically total the cost of the products they are hiring. We would also like to include a database of postcodes so when the customer enters their delivery and collection postcode, the calculator can determine what the delivery charges will be. In addition when the client checks out, we would like to have an online payment system linked to out bank account so the client can securely pay via credit card. Upon completing the check out process we need an automated invoice to be generated and emailed to the client and to our company. There also needs to be some type of content management system so we can update details on the website including prices, news or blog, etc...
