Custom Development in Magento

Following features i need in my eCommerce website. 1. I want my website to be multilingual. But i need same product to be displayed in both language. So i should be able to change all text field (like Product name , short text , description etc) also text in attributes (like Colors , size etc) for every language. i won't like to copy product in every language. 2. I like to have One Page where we have dropdown of all category list. And if user choose any category then we display all products from this category with columns as Product Name , SKU , image, Color with Textbox in every row so in one time user can give value for qty against every product. On Footer there will be add to cart button which wil add all items in kart in one shot. Note : Standard category feature like sorting , paging etc will be available on this page.
