1. Hi freelancers, I need an expert in HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript to code my project. I will be giving you 5 pages (Home, Services, About Us, Gallery and Contact) PSD files and you will be code or converted them into a HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript code, each one of them separate and Organized with comments, then, if I want to change something in the code just go to the right place and do it. My budget is very tight, I only have a max. of US $ 30 dollars for it, so please do not bid if you cannot make this budget, also I want only bidders who are an experts in HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript code. It will have a 3 pictures Carousel or Slider in the Home page, a working PHP Contact Form, Google Maps, and in the Navigation Bar a hover changing page name color.
