Cost of the infrastructure on us) Web artwork design: preferred but not essential Other technology: background process like pre-loading next pages, caching frequently used data/pages, other process which can streamline process and improve loading time Timeline and milestone: - initial discussion and confirm on scope/deliverable, 1 week - finish prototype with core parts functioning, 3 weeks (release 25% of milestone) - further fine tuning to improve code efficiency and scalability, 3 weeks (release 25% of milestone) - full version ready with all function running smooth, layout and implementation done, 1 month (release remaining 50% of milestone) Prefer freelancer who can handle all above, in single entity/company.
