Changes In My Wordpress Plugin (URGENT)

hello This is my wordpress website. [login to view URL] All i need is: I basically need a third payment option on my theme, saying `full time listing` (this will be the recurring payment) then once they have paid and are logged in every time they submit a property it is for free and don't have to pay. Also once the monthly payment is stopped all there properties go to drafts, until they make payment again. Please log in as a user and after you log in, Please click on submit property. At the end of page there are two options. I want the third option there. Please post the bid if you are able to do it in two days.
