CSS tableless layout convert

I currently have a website which is written in PHP and features tables for most of the layout, I would like to change the layout to a template that we have in place already which is a CSS/W3C tableless structure. Most of the work is done but needs the PHP search part of the site also changing and coding, my budget is around $50 The layout must be coded for IE and Firefox browsers.
