CMS Site Created For Singer

Hello ! I would like a singer website created with WordPress or custom editable panel for contents editing. I would prefer a design like [login to view URL] and taylorswift.com. I'd also like you to register a .com domain for me, I already have hosting. I will only accept bids who can build the site custom without using templates with custom coding and design. The most important thing is you can be able to integrate social media feeds like Twitter, Facebook and Instagram and can also do Social Login with Twitter, Facebook and more. For the cost, I would like to spread the payment options to a year, for example, pay the proposed amount every month till the cost is covered. If you bid between $30~$50, I can send you the payment after the work and all the payments will be released only if you deliver me the website and tested fully by me.
