? Main page
? It consists home page, About US, login section, work portfolio, feedback, contact us pages.
? Admin level security
? There will be a super admin who will able to manage other admin. Also, admin will able to give the access rights & permissions to others.
? User management facility.
? Back up facility.
? Import and export data facility through CSV interface. (Format would be defined.)
? Customer Management (below points would be covered by inner pages of customer management)
? Name, address, Email id and all the other information can be saved. It is like to generate customer profile. Also, there will be an option for print and to generate pdf file as well. (Inner Page 1)
? Customer requirements related information. (Job description) (Inner Page 2)
? Payment related information. (Advance payment facility) & Timeline of the project related information. (Inner Page 3)
? Other extra job or reiteration work related information. Also, there will be a facility to calculate extra cost on reiteration work. (Inner Page 4)
? Reports.
Note: All pages would have print facility. Customer login will be created and provided by admin. So customer will able to see the report or pdf file. (file of interior design.)
? Contractors and Suppliers Management
? Admin will able to manage all contractors via; Electricians, Plumbers, Architectures, Carpenters etc.
? Admin will able to manage all the contacts of contractors and their previous job records
? Admin will able to manage list of suppliers and their transaction like billing. Also, there will be a facility to calculate the installment payments.
? Assign Job Management
? Admin will able to assign job to the particular contractors & suppliers
? Job description or any agreement can be saved. (Other files can be saved and print option.)
? Payment related information would be saved.
? Job Track/Status
? Search panel. (Job Number wise, contractor name wise, Supplier name wise)
? Data entry of the job Process. (Day wise or week wise or Month wise)
? There would be a page full of milestones of job flow. So user will able to track the job record.
? Accounting Management
? Expense behind the particular job like transportations and other indirect costs and make total
? Payment liability and payment received information.
? Total Revenue generation and define the gross margin for the particular job.
? Year wise revenue generate calculation and Margin calculation.
? Show graph (year wise).
? Balance sheet
? Due payment reports
? Expense reports. (Day wise, Week wise, Month wise, year wise.)
? Inventory Management
? Ware house management if there are multiple locations.
? Total availability of stocks.
? Re-order level will be set by using pop-up.
? Scrap management.
? Usage Management (Daily, weekly, monthly, yearly)
? User Management and Back up facility.

? Import and Export data facility in CSV file.
? Have to decide, what kind of data, user wants to export and import into the system.

? Need to confirm with customer---what kind of the reports they want.
