Build a Private VideoChat Site

What I'd like to achieve is a very simple site just as a proof of concept. It's a site which allows private video chats for groups of people. For example, a user registers their company on the site, they then configure users who can log on. Only those users from that particular company can chat to each other. Other companies may register but again, their staff can only chat amongst themselves. I'd like video and audio over WebRTC and if it supports text chat then that'd be great. They'll need the ability to turn it on and off if they are unavailable or busy. Future scope would be group chats etc. So, hopefully I can give you regular work. Please don't waste time making it look pretty, I'm after functionality at this stage. In Summary, the site needs a login page, registration page and profile management page (to set up end users). Of course, it needs the main chat page also.
