Bkgd size issue not working in all browsers, need real pro!

Hi
I have been thru a few webbies now and none of them have been able to fix the bkgd picture to size properly in safari, however looks close to right in Mozilla, explorer etc. It's a simple fix, for someone who actually knows this stuff, all my other sites use the same technique and have no problems. I also may need a few vazaar videos embedded. Please help.
