I need a website created that will allow users to post there product listings for free and allows buyers to bid on them or if the seller has given a choice, they can buy it now. I need to have Paypal integrated so that users can check out with Paypal. I have given a rough mock up of what I want in the files. I want the actual website to be much better though, Thank you.
