Hello, I have some experience in PHP although I am much more confident in Software Application development. I am not very good at making interactive and good looking front-end design so if you do not already have the design for the page then I am afraid I am unable to help. However, if you do already have the front-end design or would be able to create it yourself, I will be able to take a look at which websites you want the data to be extracted from as I am quite good at back-end development.
