I need a modern and beautiful design for a Beauty salon. You are bidding for a psd / fireworks file design, HTML AND xhtml/css.
We will only accept offers who will give 2-3 concept designs to choose from or allow complete change if we don't like the initial concept.

Just to clairfy. The project has a budget and we will not go over the budget. The project will be awarded to the lowest bidder with high quality skills based on your portfolio and concept design skills. Please make sure to present all of your portfolio work.
You will be required to submit concept design first and once the concept design is approved, you will be required to develop a web site and provide all of the files to me. This will be a turned key project. Please let me know if you have any questions. I will provide you with sample gallery picture, text and any other information you will need.
Another clarification, there is no database backend. You will be required to come up with a logo along with previous requirements listed above. We will only award a project to those that will submit mock ups/design concepts.
