create auto function in existing program(repost)(repost)

it's a functioning Duty Roster program. It is basically a scheduling problems with contraints imposed. Coders need to use LP based solutions or any equation based solving systems which gives optimum solutions for this auto problems. 1. auto function is not working correctly. auto cannot distribute its values accordingly... make auto distribute its values correctly. 2. check for any program errors or bug....especially the printout. 3. please add the word file into the program.
