I have created an Access 2007 database to track interlibrary loan requests. I need to select data from two tables using date range, then aggregate by several other values. I have workable tables, queries, and reports, but need assistance with forms in order to run dynamic queries and generate monthly statistical reports.

I need data from two tables: Borrowing and Lending. I have created two queries--Borrowing_stats_query and Lending_stats_query. Both queries have corresponding Report (same name as the query). The reports include all the data, but I want to aggregate totals for all YES and NO items.
I need one query that can search the date range in BOTH tables and aggregate the results. I also have a form (frmDateRange). I want to use this form as my primary place to enter the date range for BOTH Borrowing and Lending and then get a report which shows the aggregated data.
I have also included a spreadsheet which shows how I need to have the data aggregated.
