Small Access project for searching small Data Base. Creation of SQL or Access Data Base with the following fields fname lname censusnumber ssnumber comments A confidential list to be placed on the Southern Ute Indian Tribe's Tribal Intranet site without any visible links and with restricted access. Shortcuts and access will be made available to authorized groups or users only. Two groups will be created, the 1st group will be the administrators. At this time it consists of Marilyn Naufel. This group will be able to print pre structured queries, read, write, modify, and maintain the data base. The second group will consist of Department Heads and Administrative Assistants or those so delegated by the Department Heads. The second group will only be able to search for a specific person by either census number or Social Security number. Depending on the final structure they will be able to search with either census numbers or Social Security numbers with positive results displacing only occurrences with a 100% relevance. The 2nd group will not be able to view any of the data only due searches. The project proposes two access screens. One for group one to add or delete data, and the second showing a search screen for authorized persons to determine eligibility of tribal and community members to receive services within the guidelines provided for the Debt Collection System.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
