Create Reminder Calendar

Create wait list or [login to view URL] is a very small business project. The database name is [login to view URL] and already exists and is found in the app path. This will be added to the program as an update. It is basically a wait list or reminder list for the user. I will add the table and fields to the database after you give me the name of the table and fields you will be adding to the database...I will give you the database for testing purposes, and you will give me the exact information I need to add it to the module which will create the table and fields with data type. I do not want a pop up window where the user will enter the information , I want textfields. I would prefer the user be able to enter the customer name, date they want the appointment, and with what stylist they want the appointment and a message area which should be a text box not rtf, but Memo field so it is not limited to 255 characters. It should run silently and notify the user if the date has passed and delete the appointment if they have set it up to do so. What the users would want is to be able to enter a range of dates or any single date and find who is on the wait list for any particular date and time, and with what employee or stylist. They would need to be able to look up a customer by name if they should call the salon and ask if there had been any openings yet on the date requested. They will need to be able to search for this information. The user would want to look up a day in advance any customers on the wait list, so you must allow the user to be able to do a search by dates or any one date, by clicking on a calendar control...monthview only please. The pop up reminder should appear if they set it to do so as in the existing program, but they would also want to be able to check by entering their own date or date ranges. Do not allow it to show military time, as no one in a salon really understands how to convert this. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
