Capture info from Group emails

We're are members of a Online group and receive emails from various members of the group. This project is to write an application that can receive copies of the emails, parse them to find ther Users name, email address and (if included, their address, phone and fax) and then record that information into a file "[login to view URL]" with the values comma delmited. Must include the date of the email and check to make sure email addresses are not duplicated. ie: application should not record sender information for senders that already exist in the file. In other words, don't add duplicate records. This may require the application to logon to the mail server, download the email and then perform the necessary fucntions. We can direct the inbound emails to a unique email address. We operate our own mail servers. Not sure how best this should be done or what method should be used. Does it need to interface with outlook or some other email application? Simpliest solution will be best. Could be written in VB Script, C# or other of your suggestion. SUPPORT: Coder must be available for support for up to 3 months after completion at a reasonable hourly rate. Please indicate an hourly rate. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
