Calculate Shipping UPS/FedEx

I need a component (to be run on windows platform) that will be integrated with our current shoppingcart application This components will be passed details like 1. Senders Address 2. Buyers Address 3. Package Total Weight (if required) 4. Package Dimensions (if required) and any other parameter required to calculate shipping. To start with we need to integrate UPS/FedEx and if it works out then next stage will be DHL/USPS/CanadaPost with never ending upgrades. Special care should be taken for international shipping rates depending upon the address info that will be passed on to this component. The minimum expected result can be a delimited string with all the shipping methods available along with their rates. Our application will then parse this string and build a drop down to further show to the customer to pick the shipping method they prefer when they checkout. If required you will be allowed to use an Access Database MDB file with prior permission, although I do not see any reason for it. If you do not have experience working with UPS and FedEx please do not bid. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Win 2003 Server
