Audio Software - Windows Application

This is a music application that is designed to help songwriters write songs. It would have 6 main functions and tabs. -------------------- This window gets data/information from a webpage. Probably my blog. basic window that allows user to take notes like windows notepad. - allows user to select what kind of song they want to write...and then get instructions on how to write that particular song. I would like to list 50 different song types and have the application pull up - examples of those kind of songs. - allow user to import a MP3 file with basic play / pause / rewind / fast forward /mute / volume functions. it would need to display a time-clock (counter) for the mp3 - allow user to record (mic input) into the program. This way they can record their vocals. - three track audio program - it needs to have an undo-function -- "PUNCH" function -- needs to have a scrub function that allows user to select exactly where they want to start recording. - has a "song creator" wizard that allows users to answer 8 questions... and then it will show the user 50 different songwriting ideas. I can explain this more. - hast a list that shows 500 of the most popular words being used in songwriting today, taken from a webpage. *I will need to add more functionality to this app later * You should probably be familiar with audio applications if you work on this project I am needing this done FAST so if you can not turn it around in less than 3-5 days, please do not respond. **Security** Users are authenticated by a serial #. If user is not signed online, there is no way they could use software. ***Program would automatically check for updates on each use as soon as it detects and internet connection.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
