Correctly Format 1 Wordpress Post

I have 1 word press page that has some problems. I need someone to fix them. This is the page: [login to view URL] Check it out in firefox and IE. Some issues: - Positioning is wrong. Needs to move up and left. - I want the top section of the chart to load first so the visitor doesn't see rubbish while the whole page loads. - There is some bunching of the circles around the food names. I need that sorted out. - IE loads across the page looking bad. I want it to load nicely.
