Cloning a DOS based simple Accounting package to Windows

I have a very old shareware DOS based simple Accounting package (only GL) the company has stopped developing this package. I want someone to clone it in Windows environment with the following changes: REMOVE 1. Remove the CHECK feature from the system (no need of check printing) 2. Remove the recurring features ADD / ENHANCE 1. Modify the CODE feature as Jobs. Jobs will be a transaction analytic code based on the Job cost one can take reports and see every Jobs profit/loss etc., Currently the DOS system has the similar feature called CODE, but I need to enhance this feature so that the user can create Codes and also the codes can be grouped. 2. Add Multicurrency feature to the system. So that every transaction can be entered in different currency. The system should have a currency conversation table and also the user should be able to put the rates while entering transaction if the current is different. Additionally I want the system to be more users friendly (of course Windows itself is user friendly) If you are good in understanding, designing and developing Accounting / Financial packages this project will be simple and easy for you. Note that the developed application will be distributed as freeware to the public! I am ready to provide a copy of the DOS based application after looking at your feed-back and bid. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
