creation of a customer portal on website that works with Microsoft CRM 2011

We are running Microsoft CRM 2011 on site server- and want to run a customer portal/accelerator on our website. In the portal we want our customers to log in to crm- to view case's, service activities, invoices and an asset log (software and hardware we maintain for them) Preferred freelancer should have experience doing this and samples of work to show us Project is ready to go once we confirm candidate can do work within our budget
