create interactive excel-based chart in Wordpress with hyperlinks

I would like to have an excel chart added to a WordPress page. Ideally (and mandatory) this chart should be: -highly configurable from excel (I must be able to easily adjust layout and data) -the chart must contain hyperlinks to internetpages from logo's and company names (as displayes in attachment. Ideally the names/logo in column 'C' should be automatically added to the chart as a hyperlink just above the respective points in the graph) -fully interactive with all sorts of tabloids/ipads/iphone/laptop/desktop (html5) I have added a first example of an excel sheet and the graph to be displayed in WordPress page I would like to see a plan of approach first (how are you going to build this) Freelancer should have experience Freelancer should be available instantly Freelancer should work on the project until full satisfaction (hence would enhance solution every time after user testing) After succesfull launching this, other project would become available!
