I need a program that realizes the combinations between different users. The program is used to manage the winnings and losses of the different players. There are n players, where everybody plays by different users making of wins and losses. The purpose of the software is to compensate for the win with the losses of each individual player. example: Our n is 3, player A, player B, player C They all played with each other A wins € 3k with B B wins € 3k with C C wins € 3k with A then: A must get € 3k B but must give € 3k C B should receive € 3k C but must give € 3k to A C is to receive € 3k from A but must give € 3k B THE SOLUTION AND software 'to compesare winnings with losses THE SOLUTION WILL ' 1.1) STEP A transfers C to B with his winnings of € 3k in exchange for compensation of the loss with C. A >> C >> prizes up to B & C A A prizes up to A must NOT receive € 3k B and should NOT give € 3k C B should receive € 3k C but must give € 3k C C is to receive € 3k B but must give € 3k B 1.2) STEP B and C compesano winnings and losses B >> C >> prizes up C & C B B prizes up B should NOT receive € 3k C and should NOT give € 3k C C should NOT receive € 3k B and should NOT give € 3k B 1. 3) FINAL STEP winnings of A, B, C have been offset their losses The wins and losses can be of a different amount, but every player has the most wins with different players and different losses with different players. The aim is to combine the winnings for each user with its own losses All the information that the software must manage will be uploaded to an excel sheet

You're talking minimizing a flow network here. Should be possible to do fairly straightforward. If it's going to be in an excel sheet anyway, I rather just program this as a VBA code segment instead of a standalone program, since that requires reading/writing to excel, and we can skip that step realistically.
