Server Side x264 Encoding Script

I would like to hire an expert on server side encoding. What I basically want is to use one of my servers for just plain encoding (I haven't ordered a server yet so you would have to provide me with a demo on your server or someone else's). I want a PHP script(of course it uses the ffmpeg+mplayer+etc scripts that you have created) where you can input urls to media files (some sort of remote url feature) where it'll then download the mkv and start encoding it with a progress bar and then store the finished x264 mp4 into a folder. What I want encoded are mkv files with softsubs. I want the script to encode the file into a x264 mp4 with the subtitles burned in the video. If you are familiar with anime, you'll understand what I'm looking for. I suspect ffmpeg and mplayer are needed, not entirely sure about other scripts. I want this to be done asap, made in the shortest time possible. If you can solve my problem, I will have many many more jobs for you. My budget isn't that high for this project (around $150 - 200) since I'm still waiting for a payment but as I said, if this script is created properly to my liking, you will be getting many more jobs where there'll be a higher budget as I would have been paid already.
