Please note that the estimation includes QA, Project Management, Documentation, Client Communication along with free-of-cost bug fixing for 7 Year after the delivery of application. As well as 7 years technical experience with .Net and Java, I also have experience building a custom ERP for one of the long term clients. For a previous client I built a database mapping and code generation tool for their new booking system product, which was based on C#, SQL and XML which follows the principles of an ERP. This was used as the foundations for the whole project. I am NOT going to recommend that you use something similar. We built the custom ERP for reasons that made sense at the time and I have come to believe that it may have been better to use an out of the box solution. However, the project has given me an excellent understanding of the principles involved in building and managing an ERP and the technical advantages and disadvantages of choosing one. I believe I would be in a good position to analyse your requirements and advice on the best manner of proceeding. I have an existing commitment for work so I would be available for around 40 hours a week and would be able to start as soon as we are done with discussion

Hello. Your quality parameters will be applied to the project. Would be great to discuss them in advance in order to agree on how will we include them. I am not proficient on PHP but I am on Java. With that language, the base framework could be Spring, through which we could integrate with Freemarker in order to generate the views, JaxB to manipulate XML, and MyBatis or Hibernate to handle persistence. If you rather other frameworks, we can discuss them. I know the basics of HTML, CSS, and Javascript, but I am not a full time web developer. My expertise is more focused to logic and background processing. Lately, also on cloud deployment. Therefore, I could either develop the first version of the web frontal or team up with a more experienced designer. I have coordinated software deployment on premise and on cloud computing environments, specially targeting Linux distributions like Suse, Fedora, RHEL and Ubuntu.
