Directory submittion service

Hello, I am looking for a software that will add links to dutch directory sites (site sample: [login to view URL]) The software should be able to remember site settings like URL: keywords discription etc. also able to add new directories is a must, so we can update the database. Sample software Fastdirectorysubmitter and SliQ Submitter. Please note that the site as [login to view URL] are no regular directories so the add link function is somewhere else then expected with PHPLD. Let me know if you can do this project.
