Community Roster - Import/view xml data

I am looking for someone to help facilitate the creation of an online roster for my website. I am exporting the information from a massively multiplayer online RPG in the form of XML. I would like to be able to import this data into a MySQL database on our web server. I also want a visible side that can display the information imported into the database. 1. A way to import the XML file into the database easily. This can be through a simple website with a browse and submit button, nothing fancy. I will be updating this most likely daily by hand, uploading the file each time. 2. A script to display the information inside of this specific table. There are 5 fields of information for each member I'd like displayed, possibly 6 if possible. The 6th is their rank in the community, which the xml file rates from 1-9. This script can be very simple, but I'd like the ability to sort different rows. Sort by name, sort by level, sort by class, etc. The script will be wrapped in my own page, so I don't need any additional coding.
