Bulk Domain Management Tool

I need a tool that creates accounts and sets them up in a WHM/cpanel environment (see specifics below), and then allow importing of certain files and control of those files. ## Deliverables manages multiple websites from a central server must work with: whm/cpanel reseller whm dedicated server section: set up servers, user name, password, and server type (reseller or dedicated/vps) 1. sets up account on assigned server allow option to assign account to a group for good management allows for bulk set up of domains at once. 2. selects random site design from [login to view URL] or other free theme repository 3. installs design on site. 4. text editor to change content on home page of site.
