Hello, I am looking for someone to develop a program for me. The basic idea of the program is that it will allow the user to input CPA offer information and will then generate a .exe file which will run in the background and complete CPA offers. The Program should be able to... 1. Input required CPA offer information. 2. Generate a .exe program 3. Whenever a person runs the new .exe, it should embed itself in over 100 places on the computer 4. The .exe should be able to auto-restart when the computer is restarted, and is constantly running. 5. The .exe should run in the background, injected into system processes such as [login to view URL] and smss.exe. 6. When the .exe runs, it should auto-complete offers with real information, which can be provided 7. The new .exe should complete about 10 offers an hour If you have any questions please ask.
