I am looking for someone to create an app for apple and android that allows the user to take photographs and turn them into some interesting art pictures through different textures similar to Photoshop artistic textures. Once the image is created it can then link to Instagram, facebook, pinterest, flickr, twitter, print and email.
The app would also have a social media function like Instagram where people can share their images and comment on them.
This app is more art based and some of the filter texture functions should be unusual and contemporary.
