Arduino programmer

I am bidding for about 3-4 hours coding and debugging later the code with you. I am guessing you know how to wire the switches and everything (otherwise it will be a little more time spend into this). Do you have the LCD display? What is the lower/upper bound of the k factor? is just a base 2 per dip switch?
