Add features to PHP script

I will be starting a project similar to [url removed, login to view] or [url removed, login to view]

The following script is going to be used: [url removed, login to view]

I am looking for someone to add a few features to it, and would require the following:

1) Make offer button, similar to ebay or ioffer.

2) Metrics, where site Alexa, PR, FB like count/twitter, site linking are shown, similar to [url removed, login to view] or [url removed, login to view]

3) Seller and buyer feedback system, detailed like Freelancer, instead of Employer and Freelancer activity. It will have Publisher and Advertiser activity.

4) Other payment options, for now AlertPay only,

dropdown menu, and will enable users to choose to use Paypal/AlertPay.
