573337 Software Needed for Constructing & Saving Projects (Details)

I can't put a full disclosure here on what I need, but I will try to put up as many details as I can. -I need a software created for my website, in which users need to create a free account and click a button to "create a project" -Once they do that, they are taken to a screen which is very simple in nature and allows them to choose from a variety of pieces (let's just say - plastic type materials) and items which can be used to connect them (for example, brackets or hinges). The items which they can choose from will be real items which they could purchase from the store. I will supply the list of items and photos for you. It's easy to find images of the items - but graphics may need to be created for them. -So, the purpose of this is for the user to make their creation out of these pieces of plastic and attachments. Then, print a pic of their creation, be able to click a link which will post their creation to Facebook, Pinterest or send it by email. Then, I want them to be able to click to print a list of items/inventory needed to create the thing they are making. That is part one and the most important thing I need. I will give full details and list of parts and images once we chat more or you are chosen. I don't want all specifics on here. ----------- Part 2 - This is not included in the price here - so please quote me only for part 1 of this and if you think you'd be able to do part 2 later - please give me a rough idea of how much it would cost. For the second part of this, I want the user to have a more social experience. I want the site to allow the user to not only have a free account, but also to login to that acct and create a profile and post the projects/creations that they make. I want to be able to moderate the posts and each post will go into certain categories (for example: Projects for kids, Pets, Outside, etc.) then users can also rate the submissions, and email to friends.
