SQL/STATIC Website revamp

Two template driven websites One of the sites is a STATIC website and the other a DYNAMIC website. STATIC - CMS/Menu bar/Mail Form/Flash Banners/Picture Portfolio required; all textual content is completed. DYNAMIC - Search facility required on this site. The site is a financial/consultants site for jobs and locating those needing contracts. Need to be able to join site from the web as well as search facilty to locate consultants on the site. CMS/logo/banners also required for dynamic site. All textual content has been completed. PLEASE NOTE: Whilst we welcome bids from new companies, we must stress that we need professionals with the necessary skill set to execute this project to the highest standard. PAYMENT TERMS: Money will be paid in three parts. 35% of the successful project amount will be paid upon completion of the project on YOUR development server after we have tested it with YOURSELF. A further 15% will be paid PRIOR to you migrating the sites to OUR server. The remaining 50% will be paid AFTER successful migration to OUR server.
