Goal of Software: To save time coordinating tasks between various middle management / staff.
Objectives:
- save time for directors
- web based - ability to log on from any location
- secured - password protected
- monitor progress of tasks
- announcements to some or all middle management
Summary: We require a very watered down version of a workspace application. We require some custom attributes for our company. All current workspace applications have way more than we need at this point.
Executives Can log in and:
- organize by team leader/middle management, and then further refine to per location for each manager (locations they are responsible for), or to send / post messages for all locations
- Log in see team leaders/middle managment directory (list) instantly, see clinic listed per team leader/management, ability to swap locations per team leader easily, see summarized current and overdo tasks summarized
- and if a task is not completed, be able to leave a comment as to why.. to post message (possibly email, but not always), or to mark a task as completed
- be able to post a task to some or all team leaders or clinics in one action.
management would see:
Log in and see same info as directors (unless we can easily limit to each team leader)
he or she reads message... and either
1. has question, and leaves question for director about task
2. has completed task and marks as completed.
3. notices overdue task.
4. be able to print some or all tasks in all clinics in one action.
