CREATING CLICKBANK LINK SECURITY SCRIPT FOR MY WEBSITE(repost)

I want to protect my ebook download page such that no one can access it without first going through the Clickbank payment system. Currently someone with the url can just type it in and access the page. Clickbank recommend doing the following to protect it [login to view URL] I also want 3 picture banners and 3 flash banners added on my affiliates page. Lastly instead of listing my email on my support site I want it to be replaced with a contact form which most websites use to prevent spam emails. My website is up and running but I need those three modifications done.
