App must have a leaderboard.. daily and monthly 6. leaderboard pages,,, top 10 daily chatters top 10 monthly chatterS, 7, THE top daily chatter must appear on top of application at all times, (the more someone uses the chat the more leaderboard points they earn,.,, APP MUST BE FUN AND ADDICTIVE,,,, CHEAPEST BIDDER WILL WIN,,,, I ALSO WANT QUICK COMPLETION i want to work with someone cheap and effective, app will be reskinned and launched regulary to target all types of audiences.
