Airport Transfers Script with White Label / XML output

Hello, I am looking for a script similar to some of these sites: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I will provide all graphics / icons, I just need you to create the script. The script will allow users to search for transport to and from an airport or other destination. The script will calculate the price based on road distance (not "from the crow's nest). The script will allow customers to book online (via Nochex, Paypal or Worldpay - to be decided). The script will e-mail partner company to details of journey. When journey is complete partner company will update control panel and credit will appear (minus profit margin). If no partner company can service an area e.g. London then script will search other websites and display price with affiliate url (other websites offer xml solutions). Script must provide white label / xml output for affiliates to use on their website. Script does not need to track affiliate activity as merchant company will do this. White Label / XML output will also be used to create iphone app so must be easy to use. Example in presentation below. Site must be seo friendly, have admin area to control all aspects including SEO and add content. Partner companies must have control panel allow them to edit their pricing structure and also add / remove areas they cover. Source code must be commented throughout.
