Creating a standalone Mac program from a python script

We have a python script (relying on wthe wxPython library and several others) that we'd like to compile into a standalone application for Mac, in a similar way that py2exe works for Windows. Your job would be to provide us with all the (preferably free) tools necessary along with detailed instructions of SIMPLE steps for using them to compile the standalone. Wherever possible, you should create a script or other Mac "batch file" that will automate the compilation process for when we update the core script. Also, you should provide some free installer tool that will package the compiled program into a Mac installer of the program (something similar to InnoSetup for windows, along with the sutiable installation script). This item is optional and if you can't provide it then state it clearly in your bid comment, otherwise it will be understood as to be included. If you can do the exact same for LINUX then please state so and give your bid for the combined work. If the deadline is a problem we can discuss it. Thanks for bidding !

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
