Hi everyone,
I need a WinCVS **macro** (written in Python) that takes as **parameters**
1. CVS module
2. start tag and end tag (or start and end date)
3. branch name (this could also be HEAD - meaning the main trunk)
4. output directory
and
**exports** in the output directory (4) all the files belonging to the branch (3) of the CVS module (1) that have been changed between the two tags or dates (2).
I will use this macro to build patches to upgrade the applications I develop.
In other words I'll use the macro to extract files changed between release 2.4.3 and 2.4.4 to let the customer owning release 2.4.3 to upgrade to 2.4.4
