a bot for a java game

i want an AI game bot that Attacks monsters and eats food when? above a certain health point. The game is in beta stages and has only been released for 1-2 weeks so far, you play the game off a client which interacts with the server online. The packets sent to and from the server are encrypted. i want this bot to act as a middle man between the server and the client both reading and modifying the packets sent to and from the server, the aim of the bot is to detect when a monster appears, checks your characters current health level, then attacks the monster(also needs to run from the monster if ur health is currently below a certain level). It also needs to know if the monster is currently fighting another player and has to detect the closest monster to you. the bot would need a user interfact which had a Start and stop button, with the option of Eat food on or off, what food to eat if its on, and what health to eat at if food is on. Also a box to write the monsters name in.
