We have a small shop who do repair mobile/ computers etc. I want a Access database system so we can book jobs and issue receipts to customer. On collection we will mark the job collected.
Also we want the customer information system kind of thing so we can add customer details [Also it records the customer details which we entered in job booking] and one searchable field of NOTES. We usually require this when customer is looking for something and we don't have it at that time and on arrival we can contact them.

I have created access database but I guess it is over my head. I can pass it on to coder so he can understand our requirement in a better way.
